Adobe – Digital Trends 2015

The 2015 Digital Trends report, in association with Econsultancy, explores the key market data, trends, and opportunities that digital marketers should be aware of this coming year, covering a range of topics from the benefits of data-driven marketing to the current struggle to accurately measure ROI.

The report is based on a global survey of more than 6,000 marketing professionals. It features comparisons with data from 2014, plus key regional differences usefully highlighted.

Key findings include:

Customer experience is the stand-out imperative for 2015
Social, mobile, content, and personalization will be the most heavily experimented areas
Geo-targeting signposts a new era in mobile
Targeting and personalisation is the highest digital-related priority area
Companies struggle to find the analytical skills they need to make sense of their data
