Mit seiner cross-medialen Arbeitsweise gehört Martin Bruß zu den Pionieren der integrierten Kommunikation. Er verantwortet als Geschäftsführer den Bereich Kreation. The all-around talent is the co-founder and creative head of SMACK Communications. Stations of his creative background are copy writer, graphic designer, TV moderator, actor, director, author, producer and video editor, amongst others. Due to his long-standing cross-media working method, Martin Bruß is considered among the pioneers of integrated communication. He is responsible as director in the area of creation.

Die ehemalige Journalistin ist ein routinierter Kommunikationsprofi. Nach Berufsstart im ZDF folgten 10 Jahre Film & Fernseharbeit für viele namhafte TV-Stationen im In- und Ausland – als angestellte Redakteurin und selbständige TV-Produzentin. Seit 1997 konzentriert sich Regula Bathelt auf die werbliche Seite der Kommunikation. Sie ist Mitbegründerin der Agentur und verantwortlich für die Bereiche Markenstrategie und Text.
The former journalist is a well-seasoned communications professional. After her career start at Zweites Deutsches Fernsehen (ZDF), 10 years of film and television experience at numerous TV-stations followed, nationally and internationally, as an appointed editor and freelance TV-producer. Since 1997 Regula Bathelt has concentrated on the advertising side of communications. She is co-founder of the agency and responsible for the areas of branding strategy and copy.
